The company is in the process of setting up a large and composite engineering unit at Naidupet SEZ in Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh, in close proximity to Tirupati Airport and adjoining the Power Transformer Manufacturing unit of Prime Meiden Ltd., another Company of the Prime Group.

This hi-tech and world class engineering unit will have the latest and most advanced Plant & Machinery including several CNC machines and large & heavy duty Presses and with Robotic welding and world class test facility for a modern and fully equipped heavy fabrication and precision machining for the Power and Energy sector and mainly for the following to start with :

1) Precision and heavy fabrication of parts for Power Transformers and for major industries and specifically for manufacture of Power Plant equipment.

2) Fabricated and machined parts for steam Turbines including Turbine blades up to 600MW and precision engineering components, assemblies and sub-assemblies for Hydro turbines.

3) Special purpose Drill bits for Oil well drilling and for mining applications.

This project is scheduled to be commissioned in the second half of 2011.
