Given the keen sense of commitment to be at time fore-front of technology and not to merely fulfill the anticipated demand for the requirements of the Group or its social venture, it was only natural that PCI set up its own manufacturing division to make superior quality hi-tech prosthetic & Orthotic (P&O) products available locally as an indigenous product at affordable costs.
Today backed by its team of professionals and an infrastructure that includes automatic machines imported from UK and Italy, the Division has evolved into an independent entity not just specializing in the manufacture of the these low cost hi-tech P&O products for local distribution through NGOs, but also for exports. Most sought-after among its products range are the Ranger Foot, Atlas Limb, Aqua limb, Safety Knee Joint and Calliper Type Knee Joint. Several new products based on advanced technology and superior quality materials are in various stages of development in association with select technology majors from across the world.
• RANGER FOOT:
We have combined the known benefits of a cushioned heel design with new materials and molding techniques. This foot consists of an injection molded inner keel, toe break and polyurethane flexible foam outer body. The resulting Ranger Foot is comfortable, light weight, durable and simple to use.

AQUALIMB:
Aqualimb is a unique shower limb for trans-tibial amputees. It is realistically shaped from light weight foam and has a continuous water resistant surface. The foot, with anti-slip tread pattern is designed for barefoot use on wet surfaces. It is inserted with specially designed injection moulded components of high strength materials.
SAFETY KNEE JOINT:
This Knee joint is recommended for patients requiring a high degree of stability. It provides a high stance phase stability as well as a medium swing phase control. This is made of high strength stainless steel material and is very light in weight.
CALLIPER TYPE KNEE JOINT:
