Among the various activities that call for applying some of the most advanced technologies under some of the most stringent conditions, the Projects Division is a front-runner in the execution of extra high voltage transmission lines, sub-station erection and rural electrification on turnkey basis. The Projects Division constantly available quality resources, cutting edge technology together with unparalleled commitment that PCI, has come to be known for today.
As an EPC contractor, the scope of work includes design, testing, fabrication, and construction activities from survey, civil works/ foundation, erection to stringing and commissioning of lines & substation up to 400 KV, setting up complete production facilities like coil spring manufacturing plants, pole manufacturing plants and as a consortium partner, turbine installations, rural electrification projects and other infrastructure projects besides procurement of items such as conductors, insulators, hardware & accessories etc. and in execution of balance of Plant (BOP) component of power projects.

• We also provide solutions for Emergency Restoration of transmission lines in which transmission lines upto EHV grade of 800 kv can be restored / erected within hours in the event of a disaster, other destruction of the line.

• PCI Limited in association with their Principals Bumar Sp z o.o., Poland has secured a prestigious project from Indian Railways for “Setting-Up of Coil Spring Manufacturing Line” on Turnkey Basis for manufacturing various types of Helical Springs at Rail Spring Karkhana in Sithouli near Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh).

BUMAR (Poland) |
|
| |
PCI Limited, New Delhi (A Prime Group Company) is associated with a world renowned company BUMAR S.P. Zoo based at Warsa, Poland for Setting up a Coil Spring manufacturing Line at RSK Gwalior which is a manufacturing unit of Indian Railways.
This project has been secured by PCI Limited against Stuff Global competition invited by Indian Railways.
The above line comprises of Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Prove out test including Civil and Electrical works on turn key basis.
The Line comprises of bar heating and tempering furnaces, coiling machine, heat treatment equipments, material handling equipments, hardness testing machine, water treatment plant as well as piping for water, compressed air and LPG Gas etc.
The output of the plant shall be 60 springs per hour and shall be capable of producing springs of different dia and sizes.
